For Athletes and Sportspeople: If you’re an athlete or sports enthusiast, yoga can complement your training by improving flexibility, enhancing mobility, and preventing injuries. In our private sessions, we target the areas most used in your sport, helping to strengthen muscles, improve joint health, and foster greater overall body awareness for better performance. For Injury Rehabilitation: If you’re recovering from an injury or have specific physical limitations, our gentle yoga sessions are designed to aid your recovery without putting undue strain on your body.
